Luca Di Santo

Luca Di Santo was born in Rome, on July 1, 1998. He graduated (magna cum laude) from the University of Roma Tre - Faculty of Law in 2022.  He was admitted to the bar in 2024.

He is currently a PhD candidate in Law and Economics of the Digital Society at the International University of Uninettuno.

He has been collaborating with the Firm since in 2023. He mainly specializes in administrative law, with a specific focus on the fields of energy, telecommunications, public procurement and transport.

He also serves as secretary to technical advisory boards matters concerning public procurement.
