The firm provides comprehensive assistance in commercial and corporate law to leading Italian and foreign companies, including listed ones, with a particular focus on the drafting of articles of association, on the governance of companies and on the deliberative activity of shareholders' meetings, as well as on the dissolution and liquidation of companies.
 

Civil law

The firm offers its clients assistance on numerous civil law issues, with particular regard to the structure of economic transactions and the preparation of business contracts of both a national and international nature (sale and purchase, distribution, contracting, joint venture, supply, licence). 
 

Banking and financial markets law
