Giulio Angeloni
Graduated (cum laude) from the University of Roma Tre in 2006; has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2011.
He holds a PhD in Private Law and European Union Private Law.
He was a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton Business School.
He is the author of several publications on private and commercial law.
He has delivered lectures and seminars on civil and commercial law, both in academic settings and as part of professional training and refresher courses.
He mainly specialises in commercial law, with a focus on bankruptcy and corporate crisis law.
He has advised on major turnaround transactions, gaining extensive experience in extraordinary administration of large insolvent companies, composition procedures and debt restructuring operations.
He has also provided legal assistance in the context of major M&A transactions.
