Giovanni Diele

Graduated (cum laude) from the University of Roma Tre in 2007; has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2011.

He holds a PhD in Civil Law from the University of Roma Tre.

He is the author of several publications on civil and commercial matters.

He has delivered lectures and seminars at universities and specialised courses on corporate law.

He mainly specialises in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on drafting opinions, by-laws and resolutions of shareholders' and board meetings, contract deeds and written pleadings in regulatory and sanction proceedings before independent authorities (B.C.E., Bank of Italy, Consob, Agcm, Agcom).

He advises on major M&A and securities transactions, as well as capital market transactions also for supervised entities.

He also provides assistance in domestic and international liability actions and arbitration proceedings.
