Giorgio Vercillo

A lawyer at the Court of Cassation, he is a member of the Rome Bar Association.

Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, eCampus University.

He is the author of a monograph (La tutela della "chance", Profili di diritto amministrativo, Editoriale Scientifica, Naples, 2012) and several publications on administrative process, public administration contracts, town planning, construction and energy law.

He specialises in administrative law, with a focus on the areas of public contracts, energy, environment, utilities, transport, telecommunications and competition.

He assists public bodies and leading public and private companies in administrative and judicial proceedings.

He is a member of the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport.
