Giacinto Parisi

Graduated (cum laude) from the University of Roma Tre in 2013; has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2017.

Since 2016, he has held teaching and tutoring positions in Civil Procedural Law at the University of Roma Tre, the University of Rome La Sapienza and Luiss - Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli. He also regularly gives lectures and seminars on civil and commercial law as part of professional training and refresher courses.

In 2018, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Heidelberg.

In 2019, he obtained a PhD in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Roma Tre.

Since 2019, he has been an ordinary member of the Italian Association of Civil Trial Scholars.

He has published several articles on civil procedural law and corporate crisis law in leading academic journals, as well as in collective volumes, and is a member of the editorial board of the journals Il diritto fallimentare e delle società commerciali and Rivista dell'esecuzione forzata, as well as a regular contributor to other periodicals, including online ones.

He mainly specialises in civil and commercial law, handling litigation, including before arbitration panels, and corporate crisis law.

He has acted as secretary in multiple arbitration proceedings.
